Whose Line Is It Anyway?

A construction crew working on an office in Virginia in 2000 accidentally cut a fiber optic cable which nobody knew what the purpose was. Within minutes, three SUV's arrived carrying men in suits. Apparently, the 'black line' that they had cut was being used to carry secret intelligence data by the government. The incident occured near Tyson's Corner region where the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and the National Counter terrorism Center were just close by and the Central Intelligence Agency was a few miles away.

The secretive government with their secret stuff. Makes you wonder what these morons are hiding with their super secret lines and their suits and their SUV's paid for by your tax money.
